Order Processing Times
All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Processing times are estimates and may be extended during busy periods, product launches, promotions, or unforeseen delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
United Kingdom
Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Delivery time begins once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and may take 7–21+ business days depending on the region, carrier, and customs processing.
While we aim to meet these delivery estimates, delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors may occur.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, we may deduct reasonable shipping and handling costs from any refund, in line with applicable laws.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, we will always work with you to resolve any issues.
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue and arranging a suitable resolution where possible.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbours or your local delivery office. If you still need help, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, we may deduct reasonable shipping and handling costs from any refund.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
