Thank you for shopping with Tracksetter Limited. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders, along with your responsibilities as a customer. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. All terms are updated in relevance with UK law. 


Order Processing Times

All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Processing times are estimates and may be extended during busy periods, product launches, promotions, or due to unforeseen operational delays. Processing times may change at any time without notice.

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email. Tracksetter Limited is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer Standard Delivery only.

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Delivery time begins once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and may take 7–21+ business days, depending on the region, carrier, and customs processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events are outside our control. Tracksetter Limited is not responsible for such delays.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local handling or processing fees

  • Any charges imposed by their country of residence

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

If a customer declines to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned, any refund (if legally applicable) will exclude:

  • original shipping fees

  • return shipping fees

  • customs/duties/handling charges

  • a restocking fee of up to 20%


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.

Tracksetter Limited is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete information

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay additional shipping fees before we resend the order.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Tracksetter Limited is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Delayed packages

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Courier or carrier errors

  • Theft after delivery

We do not issue refunds or replacements for parcels affected by courier delays, mis-scans, loss in transit, or theft after delivery.
We will assist you in submitting a claim to the carrier, but the carrier’s investigation and outcome are outside our control.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@tracksetter.com with

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of internal and external packaging

Reports made after this window may not be eligible for support, as carriers require prompt evidence.
This does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty goods.


Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

For pre-order or made-to-order items:

  • Your entire order may ship together once all items are ready

  • Delivery timelines shown at checkout may not apply

  • Additional production time may occur

If you prefer items to ship separately, please place separate orders.


Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us, any refund (if legally applicable) will exclude:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Return shipping fees

  • Customs/duties/handling charges

  • A restocking fee of up to 20%


Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

Tracksetter Limited is not responsible for delays or failures to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs delays

  • War, political events or civil unrest

  • Supply chain disruptions
