Returns

Because many of our products are made to order and personalised, returns are handled in line with UK consumer law.

For personalised or custom-made items, we do not accept returns or cancellations unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

For non-personalised items, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions and ensure your return is handled correctly.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-faulty items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs or provide a suitable resolution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made products (unless faulty or not as described)

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Sale items or gift cards

This does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty goods.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

If you would like a different item, you may return eligible products within the return period and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days unless the item is personalised or custom-made.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
